Below we lay out the terms and conditions to which we supply all of our products from the loveArt.gallery webite. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is a good idea to print these out when you order, for future reference.

Your contract will be with loveArt.gallery, in these Terms and Conditions “we”, ”us” and “our” shall be interpreted as referring to loveArt.gallery. These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract) and will come into force on dispatch confirmation (which you will receive by email).


We operate the website www.loveart.gallery, loveArt.gallery is a company registered in England whose registered office is Harberton, Round Oak Road, Weybridge, Surrey KT 13 8HT, United Kingdom.

The contract is deemed to be formed between us only once your order is dispatched. We will send a confirmation email at this point.

If we are unable to supply you with a Product, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.


We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer displays the colours of our pictures accurately


Delivery of an order shall be deemed complete when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.

If the the packaging is obviously damaged on arrival you should refuse delivery whereupon the product will be returned to us for appraisal.

If you take delivery and subsequently find the product damaged you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact us by email , including photos of the damage if possible. Please keep all packaging. Our team will contact you with instructions on how the product will be returned to us. Failure to comply with these terms may affect your right to a refund or replacement.

We currently do not offer international delivery on the website, please contact us at contact@loveart.gallery for a specific quote.


We carefully check everything sold by loveArt.gallery for quality, however items are damaged during delivery on occasion or unacceptable in some other way. Please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 2 days from receipt of your order. It is always best to check your order immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the problem.

You have the legal right to cancel a Contract (which is formed from the date when we confirm despatch) but you must do so no later than 7 days after you receive your order.

The easiest way to do this is via contact@loveart.gallery. If you use this method we will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

You can also contact us by writing to : loveArt.gallery, Harberton, Round Oak road, Weybridge, KT138HT. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us.

If you cancel your order (contract) before delivery we will refund you the price you paid for the product and delivery by the same method through which you paid.

If you cancel after receiving the product, we will refund the price and initial delivery, on return receipt of the product, no later than 7 days from delivery. You will be liable to pay for the return delivery. We also reserve the right withhold the total refund if the product has been damaged in any way.

If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

Any returns will not affect your statutory rights.

Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

The prices displayed include VAT. The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.

In the very rare event that our product has been incorrectly priced on the website, we will contact you to advise you prior to dispatch confirmation (and therefore before our contract id formed). We will give you the option to cancel or continue with the order, and only process the order when we have your reply.


We take payment from debit/credit cards and paypal on the website . If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please make contact on contact@loveart.gallery.

All payments for product and delivery must be made in advance.


All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of loveArt.gallery or its content suppliers and therefore protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site may be used as an information and shopping resource. Any other use of the content on this site without the permission of loveArt.gallery is strictly prohibited.

We only use your personal information in accordance with GDPR legislation.


We supply products for domestic / personal use, by the terms of our contract with you, you agree not to use the product for any commercial gain and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit or business opportunity.


We supply products for resale to consumers only, and by our terms you may not supply other resellers.

Subject to our ‘negligence’, if we do not comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the products. We will not be liable in the following categories for any failure to comply with theses terms and conditions: Loss if income; loss of business; loss of profits; loss of data; waste of manhours.

Nothing in our contract excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Any breach of section 12 of the Sale of Goods act 1979.
  • Product defects under the consumer protection act 1987.
  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Any liability the exclusion of which would be illegal. 


We will amend these Terms from time to time.
Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
We will only revise these Terms and apply them to an existing order if that is necessary to reflect a change in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, in which case we will contact you asap.
